This is a Disability Defenders is a family-owned NDIS support provider based in Ipswich. We are a growing service that focuses on personal, flexible support that fits real life.

We support participants to get out in the community, build confidence, learn new skills and enjoy meaningful experiences. Our support is individual, respectful and based on each person’s goals and choices.

We offer community access, daily living support, transport, social connection and capacity building activities. Whether it is a simple outing or a full day adventure, we help people live the life they choose.

Training

Staff Training & Qualifications
Our team complete the following core training to provide safe and high-quality support:
• Infection control
• First aid and CPR
• Disability awareness
• Manual handling and safe transfers
• Medication assistance (where required)
• Epilepsy care
• Zero Tolerance (NDIS Quality & Safeguards)
